KFC in Munich

The food is of really bad quality. Partially cooked chicken and cold fries are a norm here. The staff are also really amateur are chaotic. Really giving a bad name to the KFC brand.

I've been here many times. Unfortunately, almost every time there are communication problems because the German of the staff is bad. In addition, a burger was missing from the menu last time.

Normally kfc was always great, but this time we did some shopping in this branch and we all felt bad that evening ... ??..sorry.

Very long waiting time before orders can be placed, whether in the restaurant or drive-in. Some food already sold out from 7.15 p.m. Food was good, but could be warmer.

So there is really something wrong with every order, either the dips or the puree are missing. Now I check everything automatically, this time almost forgetting the drink again if I didn't draw the employees' attention to it, but unfortunately when I got home, instead of 12 Hotwings there were only 9 Hotwings inside, of course paid for 12 on the bill, now I have to after counting whether that's true. Very annoying every time!

Just drive in, super fast and warm?

Unfortunately, the store is getting worse and worse, and I won't go back to it after the lockdown. After a rather "questionable" employee in the summer who hardly got what you said and how to operate the cash register caused a frown (but was at least super friendly), the employee today was just a smug A ... no Hello, no "I'll be with you in a moment" (he just finished an order for the drive), and let me wait a minute and while he was working, looked twice cheekily in my direction, with a look a la "You sh ... customer, why are you there now and stress me by waiting? Don't you know that I don't feel like it?" When he finally came, he just stood in front of the cash register and looked at me, but didn't say hello on his own initiative or when I said hello myself. When he was done with my order, he throws the bag on the pick-up counter rather than putting it down and is already halfway to the kitchen. I say, "Wait a minute, what about the dips?" He turns around, rummages through 2 random sauces without asking me, shows them to me and asks me if it fits. It actually has, but it's not a kind. Honestly? Such people should clean the toilet or cook, but certainly only work with customers ...

Tastes very good. Very friendly staff. Advised us well.

Incapable staff. Our cashier "Harpal" completely misunderstood my order. We wanted a normal menu with chilli cheese fries instead of normal ones. He put normal fries in the menu and added extra NORMAL fries to it. So we paid more than we wanted. Language barrier was very big. The next time I see him at the checkout, I'll go somewhere else. (We didn't complain because we didn't have time)

Milkshakes are delicious when the machine isn't broken. From the outside, the shop looks pretty bumpy now. The outdoor lamps have been destroyed since the hail in June 2019. You can almost say it looks dreary.

Once there, most of it was fresh, only the chicken wings were only lukewarm. But would go again. Clean and friendly.

Underground dirty and dirty, you didn't even know where to sit down, free tables were full of rubbish and crumbs. The burgers were cold and anything but fresh. Just don't go there

The service was unfortunately not as requested. I wanted a Colonel Ts menu and it said "do you have time, do you want Zinger" after my stomach was already hanging in the back of my knees, I agreed. In the restaurant itself it was clean as always, but unfortunately the toilet area upstairs was blocked off, so only 3 out of 5.

Pretty slippery for the current situation. Corona concept ?! No result, except that the upper area was blocked. No address recorded etc. The operator could only say three words: what else, next. Quite unfriendly ??‍♀️

There are many KFCs that are real juice shops - this is without a doubt one of them .... Every "restaurant manager" has to put the hair on the back of his neck ... I don't mean the heartburn after the fatty chicken parts ...

Except for the ravens that devastate everything outside;) this is a really great kfc even with a slide for children. The service was very friendly and they spoil you with the fries, so it tastes pretty tasty 4 stars in any case

Unfortunately almost every table inside and outside was greasy with leftover food. Hygiene should not only be of high priority because of the Covid pandemic, but generally for a food restaurant. If the the restaurant clearly doesn't care about hygiene in the areas that are visible to customers than I don't wanna know how the priority for hygiene is in the kitchen and regarding the food. Sadly this isn't the exception when it comes to fast food franchises. It was my first and last visit.

The staff dont speak good english so we ended buying 2 buckets and loads of other stuff instead of 1 simple menu...and the chicken was undercooked...

Fast and efficient

Incredible, I've never seen anything filthy like this shop, tables, floor seats, toilets worse than any train station toilet. Food is being sold here? You don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like. Speaking of food: it was so dried up, it was certainly in the display all day. The health department should urgently stop by here.

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the previous speaker very dirty that food quickly differs in taste and quality from other restaurants in the same chain. We ordered something and after it had a delivery time of just under 2 hours, despite a walking distance of only 15 minutes, we canceled and did not get our money back until today.

This afternoon was my 2nd time in KFC Pipinger and i was satisfied as my 1st visit. I recommend KFC pipinger Service is ponctuel tast is gut as well, thank u KFC pipinger Team for ur kindness and professionalism, of cause I'll come back and invite all my friends.

Horrible customer service and some of the food was not cooked all the way.

They dont accept Coupons here from. KFC app. Not a friendly employee.

We used to love this branch. After having really bad experience with the Pasing KFC, we were very happy to find this one. The food used to be just perfect. However, we went there on Wednesday. The coating on the hanchenteile was soggy, thin and salt was just too much. We returned the food and was given a second meal. It was the same: soggy, thin and way too much salt. We won't be going there anymore. This is why McDonald's is better. There is never an issue with quality.

Filthy place

First experience at this branch and it was far better than the branch at Pasing Bahnhof. They were all freshly prepared and chicken were crispy outside and moist inside. Fries were very good as well! We went on Tuesday night and it was quiet for dining. Overall we would go again definitely!

The taste of the fried chicken varies from time to time at this joint. Either the chicken tastes very dry or it tastes uncooked that I can barely eat it. This is just not acceptable.

Unfortunately quite disappointing and not like the average "kfc experience". Outside it was 32 degrees, but inside about 35! No airconditioning on and definitely not a place we wanted to eat in. Next to that half of the staff was sat outside, while a rather long line was waiting inside. With respect for break times, but only two persons were noticeable not happy working inside. (I skipped half the order as the guy seemed to be in a hurry to take the order (read: annoyed that we couldn't talk as fast as he pressed buttons... ). Finally, got the order and items were missing. Maybe it was the heat or whatever, but this was just not how it normally goes at a random kfc.

Bad food, bad service, the staff don't speak English, and some of what I ordered wasn't in the bag when I got home.

The restaurant was super hot, the bathrooms smelled so bad that it was almost vomit inducing and the food was "old". Kentucky is famous for it's crispy food and that was surely not... Never going back there, I will find another kfc

Terrible service. Gave burnt food and on asking, the manager said, it‘s just cook. Yes it‘t just cooked but burnt. Then the cook was there and came, took a piece from our bucket, ate and said, it‘t fine. Wow got burnt and a piece less????. You don‘t run a MNC like that. Terrible service!!!!!
